Practice for the Fargo Thunder

Practice is often a place people wouldn't want to be. It involves hard work and effort. Normally there is some yelling too.

We start off practice by sitting down and listening to Jeff talk. Then we get up and do lay-ups. We do lay-ups for about 15-20 minutes. After lay-ups Jeff makes teams and we scrimmage. We'll scrimmage for a little while then we go get a drink. We come back and scrimmage some more. Then, we go get another drink. After we come back we partner up and shoot jump shots. When we are done with jump shots we will go over our last tournament. Point out things that we need to improve on and things we did well on. We also talk about our upcoming tournament. We talk about who we play, how to play them, and what our game plan is.

Finally, we huddle up. We always clap in our huddle. Then, we all put our hands in the middle Jeff says a couple things and we yell 1! 2! 3! DEFENSE! We yell defense because we are a big defensive team.
